Defective piece

Ought new onida AC W018 on 24 april 08..first of all they take more than 24 hrs to install..then after intstalltion we came to know that its fan is not working properly, it was touching part of body of AC and making a lot of noise..we filed official complained..then next 2 days they just assuring us someone will come..they didnt turn up..they not ready to replace without checking it..and no one come yet to check it..after spending 18000 in cash we are felt cheated and very furstated.this is my first purchase from the Next showroom..i will never purchanse anything from there and never choose onida, this company have such a poor service..this is a real pathetic
