Outdoor unit not working

My outdoor unit now functioning properly. Its 1.5 year aging. I called Onida customer care for service no proper respond even aftger 8 days. With continuous follow up no proper respond from service center. My complain number 12049806380030.

My family members are litterly struggling with sleepless night. I feedup on this brand name due to poor service.

Now I am woried about my 2nd AC in another bed room.
