ONIDA AIRCONDITIONAR
NO PROMPT SERVICE

Sir,

I baught a Onida Split AC, at Saravana Store, T, Nagar, Chennai on 20-04-08.But till now they have not given a single service for my AC.I called the deeler's no (Saravana Store) but no response. Now my AC is not working. So I called up the nearest service centre (Tambaram Sanatorium) and registered a complaint to service the AC.They also say, since it is a season time, it will take a weak time to send their technician. They also say it is the dealer's reoponsibilty to follow up for the service once in every three month. Anyway it is very difficult for me and my family including two childran to survive without AC during this summer days. The complaint no which is registered with the service centre on 02-06-09 is 76380085.
