We bought onida 1 ton ac at surthkal mangalore. Two times we changed the remote paying 1000 each in 6 month after warranty.now totally AC is not working. Technician could not identfy the problem. he is telling to change the motor or total circuit board. which cost around 2000 to 3000rupeees. do you think is really worth to pay huge amount after one&half year of purchase? whether i can file a case against the company, is possible?
