Onida Authorised Service Centre, Annanagar/ Onida Split AC
Delay in service

I had given a complaint to "Onida Authorised Service Centre" 100/3, T Block, 3rd avenue, Annanagar, Chennai - 40 (phone no. 044-32973244) on 09-03 stating that my Onida one ton split AC was not working since the power supply to the stabliser was off. I was given complaint no. 26380359 and informed that the technician will attend to the problem on 11-03. But till today 14-03, no one from the service centre had come and I had given a reminder to the service centre. I am still waiting for the technician.
