Display problems

I have booked a complaint on 02/07/08 for my Onida black 21” TV for display problems at Mangalore customer care center (Adonis Electronics Pvt. Ltd, Mangalore). Complaint reg no is H0011. After that I have called 2-3 times for the service. Then I have called on 8/07/08 to customer care service then I was shocked to here their answer that they have already attended the complaint and it was rectified. But still no body has visited our place.

I have given for Annual maintenance for the period 26/06/07 to 26/06/09 & I have paid Rs 1075.00 for that.

I think because of that they are not coming.

I request for the prompt service & immediate action has to be taken for the bad & inefficient customer service.
