Dissatisfaction from the staff

I have gone to lucknow sevice centre of onida, to get my t.v. remote repaired, we were just asking for the service charges. and u'r entire staff was forcing me to buy new remote insted of telling me the service charges. when i said i'll not buy new remote, i just want to get it repaired only. I've given my remote to them and told them to check the exact problem, they repaired it without asking and given me bill of rupees 300. when i said that how dare u to repare it without my permission they said now we can not do any thing u've to pay the bill then only you can get back u'r remote . finally i asket for the number of senior staff they have given wrong number.

this is not a warning but i m telling u i'll go to the consumer forum, it is better to take action against u'r staff.
