Bad quality and bad service

I bought a Flat screen Onida Television set 3 yrs back, and its already giving problem. A coil inside has got burnt and nothing is visible on the screen. Their product quality is bad and their service is worse than that. Its been more than 10 days no one's turned up to look into the problem. I would love to publish in all papers advicing people not to buy Onida
