Emote of NEw DVD faulty

I have purchased a onida make dvd player model DVDDFX 5959 on 26th oct 08. the remote of same failed on december 1st. I launched a complaint with the shop KOHINOOR VIDEO VISION, Omkar Building, Near gaondevi road, manpada road dombivli (east) mumbai 421201. tel 95251-2449991/2449972 . ONida franchisee person visited and said remote is faulty and same is replaced but he is not sure of the date and strill after 14 days i do not know when i will get the same.
