I have a 21" color television under ewc no.0626097 dt. 30.09.2006 validity upto 30.09.2010. i have made complaint no. 636382200 regarding cercuit problem as detected by the engineer, they have taken away the cercuit with him for further repairing on 29.12.2008. afterward i have made so many call to mr. b.k.nady on tel no.65656240/41 who is workshop incharge. mr. b.k nandy regularly give me the next date due to non availablity of parts.
so concern person are requested please look after the problem and try to solve as early as possible.
