Last year i purchased 2 split ac's of onida, out of them one started giving problem after one month of installation only Gas leaks from the outdoor unit. last year itself it was reapaired and gas charged 3 times by the Onida ppl. this year also it gave the same problem when i ask them to replace the unit, they say that according to there records, last year it has been gas charged one time only where as m providing them dates, they r asking for complaint no. who keeps complaint numbers? what happens after warranty is over do i need to pay for repairs every month or so. if possible kindly get the unit replaces
