Broken A/C product

Sir/ Madam,

I Balaji from Avadi, purchased A/C model no. S118TFL3 from NEXT show room in Ambattur on (19-May). After installation we found that, A/C indoor unit cover broken on the corner. We have informed to the next show room many times. We are not getting valid response. Moveover i had sent an email to onida company but no response from them too.

So, i kindly advice you to take the complaint and offer me the replacement.
