Hi, I had purchased an Onida Tv 21oxygen thunder march. from the time of purchase i m dis-satisfied by the quality of the product. It broke in just a month and the woofer started giving me problems. Though i was attended om time they took a long time in repairing the problem with the circuit in the Tv. After another 2-3 months again it broke and agian they took a long time to replace the IC. Now when the Tv was working fine after one and half year again it broke n this time also the Tv was not working. The technicians tampered with the board inside the TV so many times that the originality of the picture and sound quality was lost. Though Tv started working AV mode had some problem and i was told the board has to be taken to the main center till then i will not have tv to watch. I approached onida service center but i was given a care a damn attitude by the personel staff. I asked for the total replacement of the Board but they refused i even agreed to pay inspite of my Tv being under warranty. It is still under process.
Onida is nothing but crap they do not have any value for their customers. They say be indian buy indian but this is what Indian products offer after all they need to prove themselves that they r true indian company. I regret my decision of not choosing a multinational brand like samsung or LG. Never i will buy any onida product in my life.
