Poor service

Hi I baught Onida 1.1 ton AC last year in september, got the installation done from Onida itself, it has got a peculier issue wherein the water comes out from the inner vent.

Contacted Onida thrice regarding this, they come (After 3-4 days of the complaint made date) clean up the vent which I can do myself and water stops coming out for 2-3 days then the problem starts again, I told them all the three times that its an installation issue but no one listened.

Now I do not have the warranty as 1 yr is over, I want to take the AMC tried calling the customer care number (0446678300) for them and it has changed, no idea where to contact them.

Please help me out, I am located in Chennai
