Failure of my G660 mobile

Sir, i bought a mobile model no G660, it's O.S. is very slowly, after two months it should not working, the service point of onida told me the CPU is failued., here the service point is at guntur, 14/2 arundalpet.

he does n't take care about my mobile, but my mobile has warranty fro 1 year. it's nearly 4 times i met the service point, but no use there, how i supposed to belive the working of that service point,
