I bought the AC in january 08. But when I started to use it regularly in March, water started to drip. Then they told me to change the plastic pipe used for the drainage of water;. Then I got it changed, they said there was dirt inside and did servicing also. Then it was all right. Now again from May 13th it is dripping!! I called them and asked for an explanation for this dripping. The person in charge said let the men look and decide what is exactly the cause.!! So I am waiting for them to come with a permanent solution.
