ONIDA CTV 21 inches Model No. cO21BLKTAG 200 Sl. No. 4017080 purchased at Bellary contact No 94480 74670.

It is not functioning correctly and I have contact your service center Bellary contact No. 08392 277826 and identified as colour Picture is problem it is to be replaced but afer a lapse of 10 days it is not replaced.

Kindly advise your service center to replace the same at an earliest.
