GURANTEE PERIOD SERVICE IN SEVICE CENRE

I bought dvd payers in month of march. In august the payers is not working. i went to authorised service centre in keelkattali chennai. but after one week the office close and the branch goes to thambaram sanotorium chennai. that information is not passed to me. after that i call thambaram service centre and they are not respond about my compliant. for the past one month i am not receive by DVD palyer from that service centre. please take necessary action to solve that problem.
