i hav purchased a ONIDA / DVD HDM1 - 5511 serial no. OD55DK3003323 dt. 14.01.2010 from

MUTHU MEENAL ENTERPRISES,

106-C/5, Rajiv Gandhi road,

Shankar nagar,

Salem - 7

Ph : 0427-2414684.

After using for five months the DVD was not working. So, i gave it to ur

service centre at salem on 9th june.

But still now i havn't received my DVD player from there. I hav asked them for last one month but they are not giving a proper information to me.

So kindly take action to get my DVD player ASAP.
