About the software given

Sir,

i am a user of onida g460 mobile. The software given by the company to that phone is not installing in the computer properly. I had intimated it to the company email address and they said that it will work. But still when i install the software it is saying that the software is not yet passed for windows testing.so please look into this and solve my problem thanking you...
