No attention to complaint

We had purchased Onida- HYDROFALL 6.8 semi-automatic washing machine. Chasis No. 1820 from M/s. JP ELECTRONICS, Borivali - West, Mumbai -92. The product is still under warrant period.

The pulsator is not working, till 25.10.2008. we lodged complaint with customer care on 27.10. but till date all effert are invain. Neither Customer care office nor techinican paying attention to the compeint.

Even after repeted reminder, no one has turn up yet till 03.11.2008.
