Drier drrum not functioning

Hi

Onida, to my experience is the worst product to buy, either washing machine or TV.

None of the Onida products are ok for more than 2 years. End of 2nd yera all the problem starts.

My machine the drier drum has started giving problem. Service person came adn told that motor and water seal are gone. But now, they say that motor is fine and water seal alone has to be changed. This will cost Rs.1000 including service charge.

But it is almost 10 days now... still no person has come and changed it and the call centre persons don't respond to our calls
