Audio is working/vedio is not working

Dear Sir,

A complaint was lodged on 29/06 regarding non-working of TV. The next day 30/06 one Service man attended and told that the ONE bord is to be replaced. He wanted to come next day with bord i.e on 01/07 but nobody has turned up so far. I gave a ring to Mr. Khadarbhasha stated to be incharge of service centre (many a times), he has not responded properly. His mobile no is 9347129406 and his office no.040-66833000.

I request you kindly to look after the case immedately. If not possible tell us clearly to go to Private repairer.
