ONIDA -MICROWAVE OVEN
Not working

Ihavetelephoned Onida service centre at Kannur last week of October. One man came and suggested to replace the

switch board and complaint was loadged at 0497 -2766581

after 3 weeks it was not attended by the service centre. The product of Onida good will but the customer care and services are bad. When again contacted, they told that the part which wants to replace is not arrived. they do not know when it will arrive - it may tomorrow - one week - one month- one year. 10 years. the customer want to wait? Now 22 days elapsed my complaint No. KJ 735. I am thinking a alternative to Onida

- local made things which cheaper and serviceable also.

Onida serivce is worst to my experience.
