Onida microwave oven
Complaint is ignored by service cente

I have an onida microwave oven. It is not working. I lodged a complaint on 19th oct. in adonis service center indiranagar, Bangalore. Since then I have called 4-5 times but everytime I am told today technician will come, nobody has turned up since then. Last time ms. sharda from the service center told me that they are busy in attending demo calls. It seems they are busy in making new customers but don't care for old customers. My compalint no. is 316381726.Pls. take some action as soon as possible. I am fed up now and don't know what to do. I had taken AMC also. The oven is only 2 yrs. old.
