ONIDA/Microwawe oven Power SOLO 20
Poor Product: Microwave Oven

Hi,

I brought a Onida Microwave oven (POWER SOLO 20) from Total mall (Bangalore - Madiwala, near Police Station) branch. I am frequently facing issues -power flash from the back side of the Oven after that it goes down and never comes up untill the fuse get replaced. Whenever I call the customer support who is situated in Indira nagar, Bangalore will come and solve the issue. I am really fed up of their product and not worth for money. The service man always say there are Cockroaches in the backside of your oven and that's why the machine goes down but I never seen. He replace the fuse with some wires and get it done. I had the same issue more than 5 times since I brought. What will be the highest level of complaint I can do?
