ONIDA MOBILE MODEL No.- G460
Not compatible with some Airtel Sim

I have purchased a ONIDA Mobile (Model no. - G460) from HomeShop18 on 28th December and I received the same on 3rd january. After 2 days I activate the mobile with life time Airtel Sim but I found a peculiar problem that as and when some one calls me the call is auto received by the mobile although there is no such option of auto receive present in the mobile. This mobile is OK wih other Sim Cards there is no such abnormalities I found with that mobile and also the same Airtel Sim is OK with other mobiles. Now my problem is neither ONIDA nor Airtel is agree to help me in any way. I had contacted both of them but they are stop responding after my initial contacts with them.
