Onida oxygen 250
Incompetent service

I bought ONIDA OXYGEN 250 on April but right now it is not working.i complaint about this to ONIDA SERVICE CENTER (PATHANAMTHITTA, KERALA). My complaint number is 1991.But for last 4 days they not even bothered to look at the complaint. My customer warranty card makes no sense. I don't know how to handle this problem. Please kindly help me in this regard
