Spare not available in the market

Dear All,

We have bought onida TV past 18 months monthly, but there is lot of complaint, hence we requested onida service centre to sort out the problem, complaint was taken before 20 days, but still there is no proper response from them, we have called them several times but there is no response, we received answer from them was spare not available, not ready to rectify the problem, TV circuit board was them, product was purchased only 18 months, warranty also expired, i have said them we ready to pay the cost of repair, but they not taking care, please send this details to concerned person and request them to take necessary action.
