Oofar problem in 8 Months

Dear Sir,

As my TV was underoofar problem, i had launched compliant in ONIDA service centre at Gulbarga cal;l centre, After 15 days past there was none of the fellow visited to repair the TV . i almost Spent 50 of rupees callin service centre at gulbarga but man at jagirdar pick the call and not responding today or tomarrow.

This is shear sign of negligance and irresponsibility from your part, Pls recruit people who will Respond quickly and Attn compliants. I will Expect from u to Bombard People responsiblle for this event Hope to Hear from u soon.

After 15 days attended the cal given the some circuit problem reason as same day commited me he will get the new kit will fit it next three days but as on today there is no respone from him, am calling daily twice but no body attended the cal .kindly help on this & da the needful.
