Product is not working properly, After sale services not upto the mark

We have bought Onida Oxygen Thunder 29 Inch on August and after only two years it's not working properly. And, the person from authorized dealer name Ashoka electronic corporation, Kaser Gunj. Ajmer had sent a person who was not able to resolve the problem. And, we are facing problem which shows that Onida company is Multinational Company but are following the same old ways to handle there customer and pay attention only on sales and not on after sale services or customer relationship.
