Audio dead

HI,

I bought an Onida Poisson Home Theater TV owing to its long innings in TV market and esp an Indian Company.

Purchased on mar for Rs 19000/- and to my surprise the audio failed within 3 months (Its main feature is Home theater with audio effects!!!). And after complaint, Adino electronics (Authorised dealer for Onida) attended and couldnt repair. So the TV was sent to its Adyar Branch and was lying there for almost 2 months. Then after repeated followups, got the TV back and again audio failed within 2 weeks. I am fedup with their service and customer care response.

This cycle happened for morethan 3 times by now.

From the service personnel I understand the Audio PCB itself has some design issue and they normally replace with Oxygen audio board costing Rs 4000/- . Why dont Onida replace the PCB which has manufacturing / design issue?

CAN ONIDA OFFICIAL LOOK INTO MORE SERIOUSLY?

I advise all those seeing this message Not to buy any Onida Product.
