Aggressive marketing and sales followed by poor after sales service dooms a company. Dont all the managers fail to understand this. It turned out to be a frustrating experience to get the glass plate that rotates in our Microwave replaced after it broke. It has been 15 days, numerous phone calls, assurances by high flung post holders, only to come to the conclusion that Onida is least bothered about the customers who have put faith in them. I have spoken to Bapat, Shivnani, Ritesh Jaiswal, Sanjay, Adonis, and so on only to strike a wall of excuses, explanations and reasons about why they cant do anything about the problem and they may try.
Hope all companies are not the same, that there are some who give due importance to this aspect in the interest of a longer run for their products.
