Dear Sir,
As per our complain mansioned below till date we will not geeting any response from the your side again It is request to you kindly look at the matter personally and send the some trained engineer at our home, which solved the issue of our ac.

As per our complain mentioned below, this is inform to you I am very much worry about your customer services, till date our AC is not work properly and your engineer Mob No- 9897548703 is not able to understand the problem of my Ac.
As per my complain no-E235 dt 16/6/09 he will visited at my home dated 21/6/09 and check our ac and done some thing and told it will fit and work properly but not ready to stay and check its that working or not.
Then again I am complaining next day sir its not work, then again new man has come told there is some problem but now its that working.
Sir I am complaining so many time but no body is take care seriously our problem.
It is request to you kindly send the some trained engineer at our home so he will fit our AC in proper manners.

But i am very sorry to say you till date there is no engineer will be come and look at the matter.
