Dear sir

This is to inform you that all the 12 Onida ACs installed in PCTI GROUP AP COMPLEX AP MARKET PITAM PURA Delhi. are not working properly. In last one month they got serviced 2 times by Onida engineers, but every time it starts giving problem in next 2-3 days after serviced/repaired. From our side I can assure you that we are using them in a proper manner and we are not mishandling at all. Sir, second thing is there is not any proper response from your engineers and even they kepp all instrument opened without information and leave our place and not come even on the next day.

This is my humble request to you to look into this matter.

I am also making complaint for ONIDA ACs customer care..

Sir, this summer season is ending in next few days, but these ACs are in warranty at present and in next season we will have to pay from our pocket, so action is required to be taken immediately.
