I took a 1.5Ton Split AC on 2nd May. On 24th June we observed that some fire and smoke are coming from the pipe leading from outdoor unit to Split AC machine.

Immediately I complained the same to Service Center, Hyderabad. The complaint number is 706381471.

A technician visited the machine and finalised that the piece is defective.

Till now no body has responded to the complaint with which we cannot use AC any more. The response is not at all good when we again remind the same service center, Hyderabad.

I dont have any other option except to take this issue to the concerned legal authorities.
