Ac not working and under warranty

The complaint was made on 24.06.09 vide complaint no.536382152. I spoke to next shop pattabiram wher i purchased the ac on phone 26853435 and spoke to phone no. 32973243 hopefully the service centre. one spare capacitor needs to be changed, but still they have not attended. The i/c no. is 9381144118 mr. chandrsekar and the technician is named magi and is no. is 9094645817. Do the need ful. My no is 9710565853.
