Screen not visible, service center people not responding properly

Hello,

I had logged a complaint on 6th of sep 2008 with complaint no as 0179 about the the screen not visible, then after a week a technician comes and opens up the tv set. He is not able to rectify the TV n promises to come the next day with the required tv part.

So the next day no one comes, and if u call the service center, these people do not have any idea about the complaint n what is the progress about it. if u call then daily also they are not able to tell you what is the status of the complaint.

If you speak with the service center in charge he is arrogant enough to talk to you.

Kindly tell what i need to do further for this.
