Picture Tube Problem and colour patches

I purched onida tv before 10 monts in Talegaon Dhabhade. after few days some colour patches displyed on screen. i gave complaint to onida dealers. techicians of company said that it is the normal problem this happens 3 -4 times. now yesterday suddenly at he time 11 pm tv switchhed off. now what shoud i do? please take strict action against company and solve my problem. thank u very much.
