SIR, I HAVE PURCHASED THE ONIDA TV ON DT 26/4/08. FROM A AUTHORISED DEALER, WITH ONE YEAR WARRANTY, AFTER 8 MONTH A MAJOR FAULT OCUR IN TV, THEY TOOK 10 DAYS TO REPAIR THE TV, I ASKED THEM TO REPLACE THE TV BUT THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE, AGAIN AFTER 5 MONTH TV WAS NOT WORKING, I ASKED THEM TO REPAIR THE TV BUT THEY SAID YOU HAVE TO PAY THE CHARGES FOR REPAIRING, BUT THE DAY FROM WHIVH THEY REPAIR THE TV IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLLY . I COMPLAINT TWO TO THREE TIME BUT THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY RESPONSE TO ME. I PAID THE AMOUNT FOR REPAIRING ON DT 2ND AUG 09. AND NOW AGAIN THIRED TIME TV CLOUR IS NOT PROPERLY WORKING, NOW THEY ARE ASKING THE CHARGES FOR REPAIRING, PLEASE GAID ME I HVE WHAT TO DO, SHALL I PAY AGAIN FOR REPAIR THE TV. TV IS ONLY 14 MONTH OLD (WITH ONE YEAR WARRANTEE) AFTER REPAIRING UNDER WARRANTEE TV WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THANK WITH REGARDS.
