Hi,
I think I made the biggest mistake of my life by purchasing an ONIDA TV. I bought a 21" Ultra slim TV in Sept. It’s only over a month and the customer service pathetic. I have called customer care (Bangalore, 4134300) many times, but no one turned up till now. Actually I had a plan to buy the LG or Samsung TV, but the showrooms guys are convinced me with the features of the ONIDA TV model 21NVUSB. Now I think I got trapped by ONIDA, because the main feature which they highlight in that model is USB support, which is not working.
I launched a complaint in the customer care regarding the USB connectivity, but there is no support from the ONIDA customer care side after registering the complaint (it is almost 2 weeks over). ONIDA executives will call sometime to my mobile and they fix a time for the service/inspection, but there is no follow-up for the same.
My request to all the people who are thinking of buying an ONIDA products, please don’t buy any of ONIDA products, unless if you want to get lot of headache and tension free with their wonderful and world class customer service.
