I had a problem with my Onida TV and since past 5 Days i had been following up with these so called Authorised Service center and finally i got a call from service person asking to arrange for the pickup facility i denied and called up one mobile of one Mr. Gurunath he completely denied that he is the contact person and asked me to get in touch with 41343000 finally someone else turned up and of no use he went back promising to fix the problem next day but now he says he cannot come down repeatedly hence i have to wait. Bloody If you idiots had told this earlier now he has taken away a IC and says he will come only at his wish.

ALL BUYERS Please do not buy ONIDA they have worst service and worst products assembled in Andheri, Mumbai.
