Behaviour of customer service is very bad

My Onida TV set has some problem and for we logged an complain in Onida customer care. No one came to us to repair our TV in the time period they mentioned. So when we called them again (to the number 0339889000 which is onida customer care number) with the complain number, they just behaved in a rude manner. I think the guy in ONIDA customer care centre do not have an idea of what customer care is all about. When I asked his name, he got angry and scolded me.

Really a bad service..
