Onida Washing Machine
Machine not working under warranty

I feel sorry to say that I purchased one washing machine Onida Hydro fall on 9.7.2006 from RK electronics Delhi. After one year we did E.W.C no, 0844405 .

We feel sorry to say on 5.2.2008 in running it got fire in intself and that was so huge that it can burn my house and perhaps a loss of 10 lacs can be happen. As i am a technical person graduate Engineer this is due to poor quality of wires used in the machine which can not withstand routine current. As we have already installed 5 kva stabiliser in whole line of house so no high voltage can go in the machine which is duely verified to the technical person came from your service centre after making complaint on 6.2.2008

Hence we will request you to repair my machine immediately as it is manufacturing defect.
