Onida Washing Machine
NOT WORKING

I have purchased ONIDA Fully Automatic Washing Machine Model: HYDROMATIC-62 from M/s. Kalpana Enterprises, Kothi Rd., Vadodara on 17/07 . Which having 02 years warrantee.

Machine having problem and I had called ONIDA Service Center at Vadodara (Ph No : 3988900) on 05/05 and registered complaint No : 5/1055.

Engineer had attended call on 07/05 and told that machines BODY has to be replaced. As machine was under warrantee, He assured that within 2-3 days he will be come again and will replace body.

But No one turned up. So I again call on 16/05 to Mr. Rajendra Patel (Mobile No : 919925200108), Head, Service Center, Nizampura, Vadodara. He told me that it will take some time as BODY has to be Import from KOREA.

Again I had call him on 21/05 & Today 26/05, But he replied me same that It will be take some time and It is not in his control.

As I am suffering lot because of non working of my ONIDA Washing machine Since 07/05 and Nobody answer me when it will be work.

This is mental as well as physical harassment to me and my family.

Therefore, Kindly look into this matter and solve problem at earliest.
