Onida Washing Machine
No proper service provided by Onida

I bought onida washing machine (Hydro smart) from unilet store in BTM layout, Bangalore in June from the 2nd month it started giving problems. The logic is completely corrupted, it switches into different modes automatically on its own. During the wash mode also it continuously takes the water, we have to switch off the water tap manually. I reported the same to the Onida customer care one engineer came and checked, he said that he has never seen a problem like this. He cross checked the functionality of the washing machine with some other engineer over the phone. At last he said that this is working fine.

I have raised the same complaint number of times, But nobody responded i have even made a complaint to Onida through website but no use.By having a good opinion on Onida T.V i bought washing machine but the service and product quality is pathetic and worst worst worst. So it is always advised to have a review of the product before buying. Don't opt for Onida washing machine.
