Non working of the Buzzer and The body opened up at the seams

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring it to your notice that the consumer electronics bought from the company J.P ELECTRONICS has been giving us trouble from the 2nd month of its purchase. The buzzer that announces the end of one rinse has stopped working and the body has come open at the seam. We spoken to the concerned company on date: 03.06.2008 / 08.06. 11.06. and the complaint number is 231. We also spoke to the proprietor of the company Mr. Vakharia, who assured immediate solution which has not seen the day yet. Hence I am writing this letter to you. I would be obliged if this matter is given serious notice and the needful done. We have been paying our monthly installments without any delay. We any actions are not taken immediately then I will be forced to stop the any further payment.
