Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased Onida Semi-automatic Washing Machine Hydrofall model of 6.8Kg on 26/5 at Bangalore. Its drain knob failed after just 4 months of purchase and it has already been changed thrice ever since. Again on 10/4 it has failed. Onida Service centre at Rajajinagar shows very poor response and they have only one telephone line. Mechanics come for servicing after 15 days of registering the complaint. All they have to say is that this model has the problem of the knob.

Please register this complaint and provide us a permanent solution.
