Egarding uncustomery care of Hyderabad

Hello,

I bought Onida washing machine Hydromatic 62 at Metro, Hyderabad on 10th May. At the time of purchasing they said that company person will come for demo within 3 working days. They didn't come for demo so i have booked separate demo at Hyderabad customer centre. The Demo No:716380388 booked on 13th May, they said the same that they will come in within 3 days. But till today there is no response from ur company people and even we didn't open our piece.

I condemn the way ur company is acting towards the customer. I want an immediate action on this and send anyone for demo.
