Complain against loss of valuable gift from Courier packet

Dear Sir,

I have send Costly Gold Ear Ring alongwith some other gifts in small packet (5"x6").from "AFL WIZ Express " courier services from Assam to Delhi.(Document Number 114568692210) i haves sent that on 11.02.2010 and the same is been recieved by the reciever on 13.02.2010 morining. the packet that ia have sent was well packed and taped tightly to avoid any lossage. but the the packet made by me was tempred with and packed in another paper hence could not be recognised by the reciever as tempered at time of delivery when reached the reciever in delhi.

I have been trying to contact the customer care numbers of the company since last full day, but, i am not able to get through. having no other options left i am using this facility to file a compalint with you.

i will be obliged if an timely action is taken into tthis matter.
